1 /5 Sean Machado: This "Lawyer" is actually a debt collection office. shady, illegal practices, cursing, threats of legal action, threats of going to court to intimidate people into paying debts...debts that may not even be valid. They currently claim to be IRP. (The IRP apparently does not stand for anything). criminals in my opinion. they have a BBB rating of F.

1 /5 Intransit Corporation: BE CAREFUL! This is a scam. This company is trying to steal money from people, by sending you bills that don’t even exist. Be aware that this company is fake and send people letters saying you have a debt. If you ever receive a letter with a title ‘ INTERNATIONAL RECOVERY PARTNERS’ or any letter with a company named O’Brien, Wexler and Associates know that it’s a scam, and don’t pay the money!

1 /5 Bill Mote: WARNING: OBrien, Wexler & Associates is a collection agency, not a law firm. They imply they are the latter as an intimidation mechanism. I requested a copy of the debt for which they claim I have outstanding. They refuse to produce it though it is my right to request such under the Fair Collections Practices Act. Theyll also tell you that the originator of the debt wont be able to provide any details. The were able to provide details and much to my surprise the outstanding debt was $50. OBrien, Wexler & Associates was trying to collect $180. So, I did some more research. They are allowed to collect interest on the debt at a rate of 12% from the time in which they secured/purchased the debt. That was 1 month ago. Do your research people. I have disclosed all this information to them and they have yet to respond. Lexington Legal will be more than happy to help you with your disputes with OWA.

1 /5 Jeremy H: Watch out for this company. They claimed to be a lawyer. I cant hear a dang thing he says when he answers phone. He also claims they dont have records in their office for proof on the debt. Once I mention a police report he hung up on me.

1 /5 Detica Morris: Mr.Jacobs who is very rude and nasty everytime I spoke with him. Mr. Jacobs who openly expressed his thoughts about African American. After I stated that he was racist because of how he talks to me openly stated that he was a racist because black people think that white people owe them everything. When I told him those were his words not mine and I dont think that way. And then tried to go back to the subject at hand because he realized he had said the wrong thing.
