They gave me updates as we go. I was told that lemon claim would last several months, but they got my case settle within 2 months. This is above and beyond my expectations.

From the very first phone call everyone was extremely professional and attentive. Promptly answering any questions I had either through phone call or email. They will fight for every dollar you deserve and wont let the manufacture bully you around. All in all they turned what could have been an extremely stressful process into a smooth one. I was working with another lemon lawyer in New York for my Jeep Compass lemon law case, and I was very frustrated with them. I was then referred to 1800-lemon-law & they immediately got to work. Our case was opened and settled in just 3/4 months. Everyone else was telling me 12-18 months. These guys do not drag their feet, and they absolutely get the job done.
