1 /5 Brea Ashley: My partner and I were walking down the street today for the memorial day parade. Our dog mistakenly stepped on some flowers planted outside the Legacy Planning Partners. We were trying our best as we were already overwhelmed by people standing on the sidewalks, unwilling to move, and shouting, and the amount of people around, as well as trying to keep him out of yards already. But, he is a dog.
A man that obviously works at/owns Legacy Planned Partners yelled, “Hey! Get off the flowers!” In an extremely rude tone, not to add that he was also extremely aggressive, and continued to give us a dirty look as my partner said, “We’re trying!”
I’m not understanding how you couldn’t have seen that we were already trying our best to keep him off, and I also don’t understand why you couldn’t have asked politely. I don’t see how you expect customers to trust and have respect for you when you can’t even have respect for random people walking down the sidewalk. I think you might find that it would be best to look into some hospitality classes.
