Brooke Badlam I would leave 0 stars if I could. Complete unprofessionalism from John Collin’s canton office. Eye rolling, mockery, false statements, and being denied your own information. Waiting for months on end to receive no progress. Not what one wishes to work alongside while dealing with a legal case. Can’t forget to mention the gaslighting & lack of ethical moral, too. Disgusted with this law firm to say the absolute least.

During the process the staff was more than helpful with our questions. Amanda was one that I talked to frequently. She always had a smile in her voice and was very patient when I needed explanations. Everyone there explained every step and never looked down on us for what we had to do. It was very easy to work with them, they came to Norwich to meet with us and then we were able to do most of the paperwork by mail which saved us a lot of driving.
