5 /5 Susan Dunham: We went to Harris-Grady & Courage for help when life dealt us some pretty tough times. They were extremely empathetic, gave us choices and much encouragement. During the process the staff was more than helpful with our questions. Amanda was one that I talked to frequently. She always had a smile in her voice and was very patient when I needed explanations. Everyone there explained every step and never looked down on us for what we had to do. It was very easy to work with them, they came to Norwich to meet with us and then we were able to do most of the paperwork by mail which saved us a lot of driving. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to go through this devastating process.
