She was punctual, succinct, and explained everything in understandable terms. Within a week, she presented us with the new deed and then explained step by step what we needed to do in order to "file" the new deed. Wendy was: personable, knowledgable, explicit in instructions, and very quick to provide what we wanted. I was amazed- I had called lawyers and learned that this "task" would cost about $400.
