When our closing day finally came it was quick and easy. I had heard from other people closings can be long drawn out processes but James had us in and on our way to our new home in less than an hour. I highly recommend James’ services!

Jennifer Wahl If I could give this lawyer a zero star that is what I was give him. He was appointed to me without my permission when I met with him he lied to my face and said he would get me a plea and then when we got into the courtroom in front of the judge he tried to change his whole story. He also became irate and started swearing at me and my witness. He was drunk and smelled of alcohol. And I dont know how he still has a job as a lawyer. You are not a very good one you should think of retirement. Everything was recorded on court minutes see you soon.

Bonnie Myers It took a couple of days for my online "intake form" to be processed, but once they let me know I qualified for services, we made an appointment for the next day with Wendy LaMare (Lashway). She was punctual, succinct, and explained everything in understandable terms. Within a week, she presented us with the new deed and then explained step by step what we needed to do in order to "file" the new deed. Wendy was: personable, knowledgable, explicit in instructions, and very quick to provide what we wanted. I was amazed- I had called lawyers and learned that this "task" would cost about $400. I feel so fortunate, that this service was available to us!

Di is clearly a team player and worked well with our realtors, our mortgage broker and the "opposing" attorney. Her skills were evidenced during the closing when she was calm, composed, expedient and clearly new her business. I highly recommend Di and would use her again without hesitation!
