2 /5 Sydney Mooney: I want to be transparent regarding my experience with this law firm. I am giving a completely honest review for those considering utilizing them for specifically the sale of your home. I worked with Diane who was very friendly and helpful. However, I was asked to do some of my own research, which I am aware is not the norm. I was asked to locate my abstract from when I purchased the home, find out who the abstract company was, and figure out who the lawyer for the seller of the home was when we purchased it. Luckily, I had the contact information of my attorney from the purchase of the home, as well as the contact information of the seller, and was able to locate these items. For anyone utilizing services from this firm, please know that you do not have to complete these tasks. That is what they are hired to do on your behalf. I also became extremely concerned when I was told that my home loan had been paid, and I contacted my lender who told me that they had no record of payment and did not see anything pending. For two days, this was the case, after the firm told me that payment had been sent. I was a nervous wreck until I found out that payment had gone through. Additionally, I was unfortunately not informed by the law firm that I needed to update my address with my lender in order to receive the remaining escrow check. Luckily, this came up in conversation with the lender when I was checking on the status of my loan payment. Otherwise, my escrow check would have gone to the address of the home that had already been sold to someone else. I am not going to say that my experience with this firm was horrible or even bad. There were many good parts but overall, I would not recommend them to other clients for the specific purpose of managing the legal aspects of your home sale, as you may be asked to take on some of the responsibilities that you are paying someone else to take care of for you.

5 /5 Tanner Miller: I don’t have the right words to explain how much this firm and Roman specifically have helped me out but I’ll try. I had a lot in my life happen basically all at once, first I got arrested, then I got hit my a car while walking down the road. Both of which were major firsts, it was daunting and I was unprepared. I was so lucky to have Roman recommended to me, and then had a series of friends who knew this firm tell me how good of hands I was in. They could not have been more right. I have never had a traffic or criminal charge, so I was inexperienced and unaware of what was to come. Roman not only brought me comfort and helped me understand the path I was about to go down, but he turned what could have been a criminal charge and $10,000+ in fines into a traffic ticket and a $300 fine. I wondered if it was worth getting a lawyer for my case as I felt I was screwed either way and may as well save the money for all the fines and get a public defender. Hiring him turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life and easily some of the best money I’ve ever spent. I truly cannot recommend Roman enough. If you’re even slightly considering hiring him for representation, do yourself a favor and hire him.

5 /5 Emily Ruggiero: Roman Misula has an unmatched skill set and more importantly is extremely empathetic. My experience with Roman was positive in both outcome and interaction. He kept a constant line of open communication and was willing to answer any and all questions I had. He guided us through the legal process in the most kind and professional way I imagine any person could do. Finally, he is so incredibly knowledgeable that I felt safe with every decision he helped me make. Truly, I cannot recommend him enough.

1 /5 Clifford Rafter: Its very unfortunate. Me and my girlfriend used these people to help us with the sale of a house, and Im going to have to admit that. They are extremely rude entitled and demanding. Extremely disrespectful to the sellers, I personally will never suggest this company to anyone. I wish that I could give them a 0 star review. I cant contest for others, but diane is absolutely horrible too extremely rude. She treated us like we had no other option. But to sell the house and stated a couple of times that she needed to get her paycheck. So for us not to mess up this deal, im a true believer that she is just in this for a paycheck and nothing less
