1 /5 Desiree Fatcheric: Do not hire this attorney he does not care about families being together. He’s more about getting money from the state. I have had this attorney for seven years now and that’s the worst experience of my life. I did get a new attorney at one point, but the judge from Oswego County pointed me back to this attorney. He does not answer phone calls or calls you back. He lies and says that he leaves a voicemail whenever that’s not true he never does. His secretary is very snobby and does not know how to do her job. Also is never there to pick up the phone. I am telling you right now do not waste your time hiring this attorney. He always says that he has too much cases and not enough time to correctly hear people out. He assumes what you want Instead of actually listening to you!! Now I have to give up my parental rights because at this point in my life, everything has been way too stressful and I’m losing my mom to cancer not like this attorney cares

1 /5 M Dud: This attorney, Samuel Sugar, is a fool. He admits he is too old and incompetent when it comes to digital evidence (its all digital in 22 so thats not good). He is abusive in the courtroom and will scream at you on the phone if you tell him he is mistaken about anything. Even when he is blatantly wrong about a lot. Im not sure if he is corrupt or just genuienely afraid to go against the Fulton Police Officers and DAs office, but do not hire this man. You will regret it.

1 /5 Anton Fischer: Talking to this man, is like trying to talk to a 13 year old girl, that just learned how to be passive aggressive…not only is he impossible to get ahold of, but he is extremely catty in his messages. He refuses to answer questions. I don’t understand how he can be this bad at being decent toward the clients that are forced to interact with him…when he looks like he has $13 in his bank account…if you need a public defender…just represent yourself.

1 /5 Cheyenne Himes: If I could give ZERO stars for mr sugar I would! Mr. Sugar is very hostile and does not hear you out his client ! All he cares about is his money ! My sons father had him 5 years ago in family court for an attorney & he tried to push him for every other weekend to have OUR SON .. I had him for my attorney recently for my other child & guess what he did the same thing , he is far most the absolute worst lawyer who is not Conplaint. Matter of fact he sent out court dates for me with no times ?!? If I were you I would ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR and resolve things out yourselves. Don’t waste money and time!
