In several meetings, Megan assisted us in drawing up Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies that comported with our wishes and our financial and family situations. Megan offered suggestions along the way, always emphasizing the final decisions were ours to make. As a retired attorney (but not an Elder Attorney), I found Megan exceptionally well versed in the relevant laws, including potential pitfalls. The fee we paid was very reasonable for the services and time we received. I highly recommend Megan as a local attorney with strong roots in our community.

Deanna I had the pleasure of working with David Wolff this past year for an injury from a car accident. I had been with another well known firm for 5 years (you know the one), and finally transferred from them. There are some decent people there, but unfortunately, I was assigned to an attorney who had qualities we all want to avoid in this field. Non responsive, not trustworthy, not diligent, disorganized, rude, and undervalued my case-as well as dissuading me from going to court if needed. The other players know which attorneys haven’t seen a court room in years, which translates to calling their bluff during negotiations. Needless to say, all of this made my suffering exponentially more dramatic. It’s important to trust your attorney, feel like they care, are honest, are responsive, skilled, and respected by other professionals. Well, David Wolff is all of those things and more. He will fight for you, and he will pull his sleeves up to do the extra work required to win. He is well respected by his peers and enjoys his job very much. The injury business has a bad rap, but only if you don’t choose your attorney wisely. Don’t go for the guys with gimmicks and cheesy commercials. My only regret is not finding David Wolff sooner. F U Karen is a great attorney and does not tell you what you want to hear. She tells you straight up how it is. She has years of knowledge and experience and I highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond for clients even when she doesn’t have to.

(Parking can be problematic - they have dedicated parking but if thats taken for something like a closing, depending on the day, you might be hard pressed to find another spot within a one-block radium because of the courthouse and DMV)
