2 /5 Angel Negron: Been an account holder for many years never had a problem with key but today the so called teller in the johnstown branch was extremely rude!...not good keybank

1 /5 Chris Smith: New Years Eve. Wife and I trying to take care of some personal and business banking. Google had the hours posted adjusted holiday hours to close at 4pm. I arrived at 3:20 to find a local business owner dropping a deposit informing me they sent notice to business they would be closing at 3. My wife closed her business early to make it on time. This is not good business practice to close early without adjusting the business hours accordingly.

1 /5 Kristina Marcellino: Bad service. Stopped to cash a check. Waiting 25min indrive thru 1(ONE) car ahead of me. Furstrated went into bankanother 15min later get to window finally was told 3 tellers helping one customer.in drive thru that they had to come into bank anyway. Very poor management

5 /5 Cody O’Meara: I opened an account here this week online. I had to go in to do a first time withdrawal as the debit card hasnt come in yet. I had the most nicest and professional bank teller. I normally dont ever go inside the banks, but this was a nice benefit at the Johnstown branch for needing to go in on this occurrence.
