5 /5 Carly Katz-Hackman: Have really had an amazing experience so far in my almost two years with BKFi. They are 1. Awesome humans, and 2. Really understand where my family wants to go with our finances and has done so much to help us get there. My pet peeve is leaving money on the table, and they ensure that its all in my pocket and the table is wiped clean. And we have fun while were at it! Nothing but great things to say!

3 /5 Peter: Nice folks, receptive to my feedback and striving to do better. But when you start keeping a spreadsheet of the blunders your planning/tax firm has made, its probably time to find a new firm.

1 /5 Grace Burgio: If I could give zero stars, I would. BrooklynFi is absolutely awful and the staff is not knowledgeable whatsoever. My father passed and I received an inheritance - they had no idea what to do with it. I paid them $6k annually plus a percent of my “returns” and I had to seek counsel elsewhere to figure out what type of account I needed to accept the inheritance. When I brought the correct information back to them, they just said, “oh that’s right”. They also advised me to get a lease on my car instead of buying, which in general is not financially as sound. Last, they advised I liquidate my equity, which incurred a ton of taxes, instead of just keeping it in my accounts. Horrible advice across the board. Lost a ton of money with them and received zero useful financial guidance. Do not recommend.
