1 /5 Royalty Team: Called to set up an appointment on phone and the lady was very rude, her attitude was giving off like why am I even calling because they are so busy they can’t do it. So I called Grandjean Wagner in Syracuse and they were a lot more pilot and present the lady for grandjean I was on the phone with was telling somebody something on the phone because they were so busy and they were still more pilot and helpful then this company in the suchhhhh BUSY town of Cortland… anyways Grandjean gave me appointment for next Wednesday and were very helpful on the phone with everything I need to do before and bring…. This company like many companies in Cortland they are not organized and when they get a little busy I’ve noticed since I came down here they start acting like the world is going to end..
