1 /5 Nate Mainville: Absolute trash! The bank “upgraded” their systems and none of the payment info was transferred over which caused me to almost miss a payment. I live out of state and I do not receive my statements until well after the payment due date. I updated my information and set up auto-pay in the new system. The new auto pay system did not work, causing me to almost miss another payment! Luckily I caught both in time. The App is also garbage and provides no way to monitor or edit credit card payments. If this wasn’t my oldest credit account, I would close it and never do business with company again.
