1 /5 Jen Venable: We had a very unprofessional experience with Peter Hogan for personal taxes. They forgot to submit our taxes to the Fed and NY State and we had to scramble at the final hour to find someone to help us. We had been with this firm for six years. It was awful. The person who Peter had assigned to do the work (when we called the night they were due to find out why they had not sent the documents to sign as they usually do) screamed expletives at me and hung the phone up. Peter never responded to our emails or our multiple voicemails. They charges us $600 for the services and then told us "we are not a good fit for them." We wanted at the very least an apology and an explanation. Nothing. It was a nightmare. Prior to this experience, the firm was fine. We are absolutely mystified.

1 /5 Amy McAllister: First time using this firm- never again. Service was terrible. Taxes were never filed nor was an extension. Calls never returned. Was charged more than twice what I paid prior CPA for similar tax filing. Giving 1 star as they did take responsibility and pay the penalties, although it feels like these were just tacked onto my bill….

5 /5 Renee Stene: Peter’s service is always meticulous. And if we ever have questions, he is quick to get back to us. I highly recommend using Peter Hogan and his firm.
