1 /5 Harpham Nick: If you slightly miss a payment, they will harass you and call you over eight times a day as well as text you and even if you call to try to settle a payment or have some type of family or life issues and you try to figure it out they are rude disrespectful, and talk to you almost like you’re their child at the beginning. I had great customer service and people were very helpful. I don’t know if they have new people or what is going on, but I’ve never been so disrespected working with a company before. keep in mind I have always paid my loan payment on time as well as always a little bit extra just so I can pay it off quicker recently. I’ve come to some issues where I’ve had to pay my mother‘s medical bills, and I’ve been slipping up a little bit, but I mean the amount of times I’ve had calls from 8 o’clock in the morning until 8 o’clock at night and I’m not joking the numerous amount of calls and even text messages they’re never rude in the voicemail, but I’ve gotten text messages like we need to settle this payment now please call us as if they were talking to their child !!!! At the beginning, like I said, it was perfect customer service when you’re getting the loan but boy if you ever have any issues or concerns and even call into them, there is no respect even going into the office. There is no respect even after them calling me numerous amount of times and then me returning their phone call I get put on hold for almost 15 minutes and then I get a woman who is extremely rude Advising me that I cannot just not call them. I need to settle it today and I advised her I couldn’t and she said well you need to call me tomorrow and we can settle it done again talking to me like I’m a child instead of a Customer.
