1 /5 Racquel Riccardi: Great place to pay twice over for your car insurance. Watch out for their tricks! We’ve shown proof of insurance through the same carrier since June 2024; no one answers, no one calls back, no one responds to emails, no one responds to progressive requests for this as well. They’ve been charging outstanding prices (one car through them with progressive was the same price as us going through progressive ourselves for two cars). Again, lovely place to be scammed!

1 /5 Miki Crosson: Left this place today, so thankful..I dont know what they have going on here.. As brief as possible.. iam 32 always have had insurance since Ive started driving. My record? Perfect. Like nothing on my record. I paid $345 for full coverage on a 13year old car for 2 years with these guys. Got a newer car recently, went to transfer policy. They gave me the price of $414 a month for a car 4 years newer... I called them a couple times over the last 2 years, always get the, "well see what we can do in 6months to a year." Bit.. I didnt persist as I didnt realize how far off the policy price is. Today I switched to a different insurance company..for the same full coverage policy with the new company? $163..they couldnt fathom one reason why I was paying so much. Oh and they quoted my old car at $138 dame policy.... Sad I didnt call sooner, yet so thankful I finally started asking questions...never again, do not recommend.

1 /5 Tonya Cagle: called before 3:30pm when hours on the website says they close at 4:30pm, but the hours on google say the close at 4pm. i did not get to talk to anyone, was only able to leave a message. they were great when i dealt with them before then they slowly went down hill with customer service. i will not deal with them again.

1 /5 thomas margeson: Not only did they over charge me. They gave out my phone number to other agencies. They refused to reimburse me when they charged me 700. For my ins I kept the truck 10 days couldnt get it to pass inspection. So I called to take it off and they never removed my truck. And sent my bill to collections.
