Joe Luciano I have been dealing with the Moore agency for many years. I find Phil and his staff to be extremely helpful and caring about any issues we may encounter. I have not had to shop my insurance because Phil reviews and makes changes as appropriate to give us the best coverage for premiums paid. We had two vehicles totaled in the past two years and could not have asked for a better result with follow up, rental cars and replacement.

I have had nothing but good experiences and great customer service provided from them. Amanda helped me recently with renewing my car insurance and she was very kind and helpful during the process. She even reached out to me twice a month before my car insurance needed to be renewed to remind me which was very appreciated! Everything was clear, straight forward, and easy to understand. I couldn’t recommend this company more. They really do care about their clientele and providing the best service possible!
