5 /5 Marcus H: I got my motorcycle permit yesterday. I spent 3 hours calling different insurance agencies trying to insure my bike so I can start practicing for my road test. Allstate was the only one willing to insure a permitted motorcyclist, and Johns office was the only one to pick up. They talked to me like a normal human, instead of sounding like a scripted salesman. From the time John came on to start my policy until the time the deal was finished... It was maybe 10 minutes. Super efficient, super friendly, and an absolutely amazing deal.

Anyway, its BECAUSE of Johns professionalism, that I now have more confidence in them. Because yesterday, not only did he listen to me for an hour pour out my concerns, but he suggested various solutions that would cost me very little money, and help me A LOT. In one case for me, he suggested a solution that was not going to necessarily make HIM very rich, but that would significantly improve MY situation. I.e., he put my needs and best interests ahead of his own. So I trust him! And, for that reason, I want to continue to do business with him and see whatever else he might have to suggest. Thanks!

Abd, even though the fee he would receive would be very little, he STILL sought to help me by advising me about something that clearly in my best interest but not necessarily in his. He is unselfish, patient and HONEST to the nth degree. You may rely on what he has to say.
