1 /5 Ludo: Woman was incredibly rude every time I had to call in during my three years of coverage with this place. Otherwise great experience and coverage. Had to find insurance somewhere else though because I was never informed by email that my payment hadnt gone through and that my policy was in danger of cancelling, which I had always gotten email warnings for in the past if it was an issue. Not sure why I didnt get one this time. When I called (notice, I wasnt angry or yelling or anything when I called. I was calm) the woman on the phone interrupted me and said, very defensively and snottily "Well, I left a voicemail so I dont know what points youre about to make." And had an attitude with me. I was just calling to clear up a couple of things, not to tear her a new one or anything. Get a new customer service woman, shes not doing you any favors.
