1 /5 Mariah Partridge: Terrible experience very unprofessional very rude. I paid over $300 and I still don’t have car insurance because The documents they gave me is not what the DMV needs! Very disappointed and they will not fund me! I feel like I’ve been scammed!!

1 /5 Melissa Bushey: horrible customer service would not recommend this agency at all. Owner was rude and the female associate groaned that I called because she was "ready to leave and now have to handle this"...Then proceeded to hang up on me because I took too long to retrieve info for her. Never a good experience when calling this agency.

1 /5 Ludo: Woman was incredibly rude every time I had to call in during my three years of coverage with this place. Otherwise great experience and coverage. Had to find insurance somewhere else though because I was never informed by email that my payment hadnt gone through and that my policy was in danger of cancelling, which I had always gotten email warnings for in the past if it was an issue. Not sure why I didnt get one this time. When I called (notice, I wasnt angry or yelling or anything when I called. I was calm) the woman on the phone interrupted me and said, very defensively and snottily "Well, I left a voicemail so I dont know what points youre about to make." And had an attitude with me. I was just calling to clear up a couple of things, not to tear her a new one or anything. Get a new customer service woman, shes not doing you any favors.

1 /5 Nicole D: I have had Allstate for 20 years now and since I have moved to NY from TN my rates with this company have gone up every 6 months. I call to ask why and the only thing I get is cost of living increase. Ridiculous, they never try to actually look into my policies and once the lady even told me to go to State Farm, so this is where I will be calling to check on their rates.
