I struggle to make these difficult phone calls but Erika Mevissen was so very wonderful and helpful, I cant express enough the quick and effective work she does and her ability to consistently understand my questions as well as answer them. I was in a hurry to get the progress done and without her Im not sure it wouldve happened in time. Truly one of the best operators Id had and definitely deserves a raise if not a bonus for the hard work she is doing. I certainly will be continuing my partnership with the company for my insurance, with team members like this I can count a solid future for myself and this organization
