First Source Federal Credit Union - Herkimer
Mariska Miller First time at this branch. Seven bank tellers present, only one actually working to assist bank members. Other six workers havent even acknowledged that we had been sitting in the drive thru waiting for any signs of life for over 10 minutes. On the bright side, when one of the six doing seemingly nothing finally came over to assist us, she was reasonably pleasant and helpful.

Rev. Harry Teuchert I have used this credit union when they were still known as Upstate Federal Credit Union. I had them in my business for many years and my son continues to them since the early 1980s. I have continued to use them for my personal business in both checking, savings as well as our CD accounts. They offer the best interest rates of any bank in the Mohawk Valley.
