1 /5 Jake Taylor: This Pre-Rated review is one that I intend to add a FULL review. Ive just learned of this particular bank. The person who recommended this bank said that its the kind of bank that WILL be open minded and willing to help people like myself who are on disability, and who does not receive nearly enough to support themselves. I am on disability, but the reasons why I am not comfortable sharing here. I am literally drowning here and I am in desperate need of personal loan to try and pull my head out of the water. I am in such desperate need of a life raft, or a life preserver or donut. I am throwing a Hail Mary by applying for a personal loan. My entire life depends upon the mercy of this bank approving the application, once I file it. Hopefully very soon! After the bank issues a decision I intend to come back and change my review to reflect there decision, come hell or high water. I really REALLY hope I can come back and give it a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!!

1 /5 K B: They took $75 dollars from my account because i didnt use it . Just took it. I did business there for over 30 yrs. NEVER AGAIN.

1 /5 Joel LaJuett: Went in to exchange 5-$20 for a $100 bill. Was told that they only do this for established customers. So that being said I really actually had more intentions. I was also looking to move all my banking accounts from Key Bank (which has been my bank for 20+ years but no longer has a location in my town) to a different local bank. But with this type of rules and attitudes that tells me that this bank is not looking to gain more customers and are quite happy with the customers they do have. A bank should always be looking to grow and do better for its customers while trying to get new ones. 1st Source Bank you fail the most basic of test. You show no signs of interest in growth so I have no interest in doing business with you. Those who know me know that I spent 20+ years in sales and public relations & I will encourage all my friends , family, neighbors, former customers and associates along withand all others to go where ALL are treated the same and not just preferential treatment dictated by the amount of $ you invest thru them. This is the type of action that creates "Oh I remember when that bank was in business". Good luck 1st Source

2 /5 Mariska Miller: First time at this branch. Seven bank tellers present, only one actually working to assist bank members. Other six workers havent even acknowledged that we had been sitting in the drive thru waiting for any signs of life for over 10 minutes. On the bright side, when one of the six doing seemingly nothing finally came over to assist us, she was reasonably pleasant and helpful.

1 /5 tarver lashaunda (Shaunda): I been waiting over three weeks for a debit card called numerous times even went into the branch four times and kept being told if I cancelled It it would take longer call today and I have to pay 20 dollars to rush it like I havent waited over three weeks and then she said I can send it to the branch and call in three to five days to pick it up. I will be finding a new bank do not use this bank if I could give them less than one star I would
