The expectation is that he would be respectful to the residents while doing so. However, he is rude, crass, and overall disrespectful to the people who bring him business. If you dont respect the people who live in this community, you should do business elsewhere. Do not use his services. There are other reputable companies in the village that will show care , respect, and truly value your business, unlike Richard.
