1 /5 Dorothy Brown: I just drove over and hour to sign my prepared paperwork after I got out of work the website says they are opened in malone NY until 8pm and I got there at 6:12pm and they were closed. I have also tried using your online appointment scheduler and been told that the Malone office was not open on days that we available for booking. I find this very frustrating as you guys charge me for the service but waste my time by and money in gas by not providing correct information on your website.

5 /5 Amanda Prashaw: The agent that did my tax return for me answered all of my questions and I like that they have a computer set up that u can watch every step of the way when your return is being done she also explained what every line was and exactly how much I was getting and their fees are reasonable.... I already have my appointment for next year
