1 /5 Darlene Hastings: Becareful if have a credit card through this bank and do not take any cash advances . Upon payment of your monthly statement they deliberately do not put any of your payment on that balance because its get separate higher interest . This is legal but the bank has made this their practice to gouge extra money from their customers. If you use your card consistently and dont pay off that never goes down. I would call that close to scam shame on them.

5 /5 Rand M: Ive been a member for over 25 years and Ive had nothing but good service through GPO. We have our savings / checking accounts, and weve utilized home equity lines of credit, and auto loans. Almost every time the car salesman see the terms of the loan I have through GPO they are stunned at the rate as it is usually 1.5-3% under their best offer. We also were unfortunately the victim of an online scam and they were extremely supportive and helpful. The staff is always very pleasant. Cant recommend highly enough.

5 /5 Beth B: I have had very good experiences with this branch of GPO(Oneida). I mostly deal with Jeff for loans, etc but have also worked with Matthew and I recommend them both highly. Very nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. I will say there have been a couple tellers in the past who have been less than friendly or helpful- I don’t know their names or even if they’re still there but I would hope they have either adjusted their attitudes or have been relieved of their positions. But, otherwise, I think GPO is a great place to do your banking and I will continue to do so!!
