She provided realtor and loan services which made everything go smooth, considering ive heard stories in the past about how stressful the process can be. Although it was a huge decision in our lives, Courtney made it feel almost stress free. She was very professional with the process, and always followed up on her emails and questions very quickly. When we met with her, she broke down the entire process for us multiple times because we still had so many questions. She was thorough, yet patient.
