Natalie L Notary public Richard W. Cieciura of Maspeth came to the Village of Hempstead in 2017 requesting to do business with the members of this community. The expectation is that he would be respectful to the residents while doing so. However, he is rude, crass, and overall disrespectful to the people who bring him business. If you dont respect the people who live in this community, you should do business elsewhere. Do not use his services. There are other reputable companies in the village that will show care , respect, and truly value your business, unlike Richard.

I had less than an hour to start a quote from scratch and get everything to the bank. Wallin insurance was able to pull through though and get everything set up! Service was responsive, fast and professional. They served me well and will likely serve you well too! Shout out specifically to Kim and Vanessa, wouldnt have been possible without you two!
