Maximilian Epstein Hudson United is a great company to work, but I was really impressed with the customer service provided to me by both Janet Laino and Jessica Laino. They are knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I did a lot of shopping around for the best insurance quotes, and was able to get a NYCM quote from another agent, but I shared the quote with Janet, and she was able to provide the same coverage at a lower cost. Also, I went to the DMV and they were not accepting my ID cards for vehicle registration, and I connected with Jessica who was able to fix the issue and send me new ID cards within 15 minutes which solved the DMV issue and avoided the need to schedule a separate appointment. Five star service at affordable rates -- you cant beat that with a national insurance company like Geico, Allstate, State Farm, etc..

William Gilmore My senior father-in-law was in a tough situation financially and had his insurance canceled and did not know how to deal with it on his own, nor did he let us know what had happened to his coverage as far as being canceled. I would just like to specifically point out Caroline and Heather at the West 1st Street office in Oswego for their empathy and understanding of the unique situation.
