Mary R If you like doing business with a bank that is antiquated this is your place. If you try to make a payment before its due to avoid a late fee their system is antiquated and youre supposed to know to call them and go through all of their prompts instead of trying to pay it online which it should be able to take a payment but of course they have it set up so that you end up paying a fee and pay late because their system doesnt process it on time. Convenient to them to not have an adequate payment system that can take your payment when its made so then they get to charge you another fee. Absolutely disgusting

S P Went to this place after trying 3 other places 2 of which were closed and the third had staff doing “shift change” and wouldn’t be available for 20-30 minutes or so they said.im not sure what shift change takes half an hour or who shuts down 20-30 minutes before their shift ends but it looked like they were just hanging. I was slightly irritated going to this fourth place for a money order. The young lady at the window had such a positive attitude it was contagious. She made my day. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful upbeat person at this time (10:00pm) when most people are not at their brightest. This young lady is upbeat and had me out within minutes. Even asked if I needed to buy a stamp. Talk about efficiency. She sure is a delight to come across!!!
