Blanche Torain I had a serious issue with my bank account, it was tagged for Identity theft. This took place on the 4th of July weekend. I went in on Saturday the 5th and Matt did all he could to help me but the department that could verify and unlock my account wasnt able to do so until. Monday. First thing in Monday morning l was there. Unfortunately my account was unable to be unlocked due to being flagged, that was for my protection. Plattsburgh Yipes I recently opened an account at SeaComm Federal Credit Union in Plattsburgh. They have been beyond helpful and friendly. I messed up, not realizing that I opened a savings, vs checking account and wrote a check on the account. They contacted me, completed all the paperwork and created a checking account for me in the time it took me to drive over and sign the papers. Check never bounced and all is good. That is real service!
