5 /5 Esther Rose: Today was the second time that I came to this business place . On both occasions I was having my watch battery changed. The gentleman who dealt was very pleasant, witty & helpful. The store is clean, quiet & conveniently located. I will be returning there to sell some broken jewelry pieces that have been languishing.

1 /5 Joe Billielo: I have two brand new and sealed 1-ounce gold Pamp bars, I needed the money to buy a gold coin I had seen at auction, I didnt have the time to go to my bullion dealer in Manhattan so I called this guy, the utter ridiculousness of offering me $300 under spot was laughable!!! Why would anyone come here and hand this guy 600 bucks?!?!? I called Ben at Bullion Exchanges and was told hed give me $50 under, yeah now were talking!!! Its a shame you cant deal with these smaller places whore struggling to keep their lights on and see you as a big dollar sign when you walk in their door!!! So I take a trip to Manhattan, no big deal when you consider the alternative.

5 /5 robert mathies: The owner is amazing. I love this place. Always willing to work with me on a budget. Or deal. Willing to schedule me into his busy day. I don’t appreciate people leaving negative reviews because the are idiots. And judging without being a costumer is wrong. Anyone call call with a stupid question during a busy time and leave a negative review because they are impatient. To much self entitlement. Probably to dumb to know what there buying anyways. Walk ur lazy self there and look. If you can’t use a webpage

1 /5 Frank Gilmore: I dont see how this place has a 4.7 star rating.... the gentleman that I spoke to over the phone who I assume is probably the owner was very unprofessional was not helpful in answering my questions in regards to buying a chain from his establishment when I was simply trying to ask for help on how to look up a style chain and the cost if in stocks. I was told Im holding him up. Horrible customer service......inresponse to your reply you did not try help. I WAS TRYING TO ASK YOU A SIMPLE QUESTION IF THERE WAS A WAY TO CHECK THROUGH YOUR WEBPAGE for types of chains without having to view full inventory and you were rude and unprofessional talking about I was holding you up when our call duration didnt exceed more than 5 minutes that was rude and unprofessional.
