Lisa Kapsokefalos An absolutely unbelievable experience. This law firm is unethical, immoral, unprofessional and unresponsive. They sued me, for unethical reasons, almost 10 years ago, and obtained a judgment against me. Despite the fact that I paid the judgment in full, the law firm never filed the papers to prove I paid the judgment. I have suffered the consequences ever since.

Had court today on April 15th 2025, and was sent a letter for me to call her, and I receive no response or nothing, and then after court my daughters mother, her attorney Tim Burke, were all laughing talking crap not knowing I was listening to the whole convo. I am finding a way to do something about this legally. All this talk should have been done in the court room not outside of it. Her, and the rest of the staff don’t do crap for the kids, and have no care, and then lied, and said she spoke to my child when she didn’t at all. Pathetic!!

During the process the staff was more than helpful with our questions. Amanda was one that I talked to frequently. She always had a smile in her voice and was very patient when I needed explanations. Everyone there explained every step and never looked down on us for what we had to do. It was very easy to work with them, they came to Norwich to meet with us and then we were able to do most of the paperwork by mail which saved us a lot of driving. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to go through this devastating process.
