5 /5 Jason Krieger: My wife and I were shopping around for insurance when moving to the Hudson Valley from Brooklyn. Dee Jaye was so helpful answering all our questions as first time home buyers. She even followed up to help us with car insurance as well. Wonderful experience setting up. But thats only one part, we unfortunately had a car accident and Dee Jaye was so quick to reply and help us navigate the steps toward getting our car fixed. Couldnt be happier with our experience.

1 /5 Joseph Diblanca: I normally don’t leave negative reviews on any business page but this one needs it. I’ve had an Erie insurance policy over three years now, and my agent is closing his office down so I reached out to this office to see if we can renew my policy being that it’s close to me just the next town over. I had spoke to the higher ups at the presidents office at Erie. They told me I was good and no issues what so ever. They just refused my business. I reached back out to them to see exactly why they denied, and nobody knows anything.

Heather in particular has always made me feel like she really cares.
