I have never called an agency to actually enjoy my conversation. I was treated like a human. I am not even treated like a human at my current insurance company. There is a time in every persons life where they have to make that tough decision of who. Who will protect me? Who will give me what I really need? Who will sit there and give you answers? The truth: Allstate. Within hours of receiving my quote I am giving this insurance company five stars. If you actually read this review to this point let me explain what you will get for calling DelnNicholas insurance agency. You will receive human interactions, your opinions will matter, the truth, a smile ( Even over the phone), and actual care about your coverage. If I wasnt very cheap currently I would have signed up for Allstate with just that phone call. Truth is you might not get the exact customer service I received, but stay with them. Dont interrupt them. Let them do their job and try to sell you good insurance. In the end what you will receive is a decent quote with great options, and different ways to save. Its a free quote! The worst that will happen is absolutely nothing. Give Allstate a call. Im glad I did.
