5 /5 Ron Linhart: I have been a customer for about 20 years for my home, auto, rv, boat, motorcycle, and business. Insurance is the biggest expense I have, although a necessary one. Recently I have been thinking about getting other quotes. Before I could do so I had a tree fall on my home. I was advised the best way to take care of the damage and emailed receipts for several thousand dollars the following week. The NEXT DAY Debbie called me to pick up the check! Paid in full, right out of her account. Unbelievable customer service, right? Well I lost the check. I called her this morning to ask her to stop the check. Later the same day I had a new check in hand. I asked to pay the stop payment fee, but she wouldnt take it. I decided I dont need to shop for insurance. I dont know if I could have saved a few bucks, but I do know that the service Debbie gave me is the reason I have insurance in the first place. Thank you Debbie!
