I know he immediately started the claim on his end because within hours I was contacted by a rep from the insurance. Company . I also love that he actually answers the phone & I don’t have to go through an automated system like all other companies . He is so professional & he actually cares ! Reassured us to call back if we had any questions or concerns . I love this company !
