Barbara Olsen Elizabeth is an absolutely terrific jeweler who does beautiful work. She has repaired several pieces for me, has restrung a pearl necklace and a jade bracelet, replaced a missing side stone in an emerald ring, and has cleaned many older pieces. All her work is beautifully executed and fairly priced. She is deeply trustworthy and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I highly, highly recommend!

Kayla Sanchez I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.

After 20+ years my style had changed a bit and the ring itself was too large and heavy (platinum) for me to comfortably wear. He worked with me to design a completely new ring using the stones I had set in white gold. We went back and forth a bit to get things just right. Once I settled on the perfect design he got to work. Communication was amazing throughout. When I went to pick up my ring I was more than pleased with the final result. It exceeded my expectations and brought tears to my eyes. Thank you!!
