System not.customer friendly. Many people were from.outside NYC assisting relatives with paying property taxes. No dedicated lines or assistance with people who owed excessive amounts of parking ticket. People and corporations paying property taxes were coming glad with peoples who cars were towed.or.owed extensive.amounts of.parking tickets. law.abiding citizens just want.to.pay taxes. online system was not working. no kiosk in the area dedicated to pay property tax with the assistance of a representative.
