1 /5 Leslie Joscelyn: The manager of the Norwich branch doesnt know how to process simple transactions. Isnt there someone more qualified for the manager position here? Also, I usually make deposits after hours in the night depository. There are never any envelopes in the night depository compartment for weeks or months now. All the other local banks have envelopes available, so I ran over to SFCU across the road and used one of their envelopes and wrote a note on it to make them aware - still, no envelopes tonight. This may seem trivial, but if the bank is overlooking the small stuff why would you trust them with the big stuff?! The bank was never this lacking prior to the new manager and I think this is what it boils down to. The manager is supposed to be the one ultimately responsible for ALL business and customer satisfaction at any branch.
