After a move and businesses in two states and a lot of confusion on my part, they guided me through the process with understanding and professionalism. Whatchagonnado It’s very unfortunate that the City of White Plains has an employee like Terrence Conroy. Simple questions he can’t handle, unprofessional, raises his voice for absolutely no reason, short responses with no resolution, a clearly insecure tough guy persona over the phone of course.

Amy J Stoddard Jim has been great to work with for credit card processing. He specifically has been a huge help to me with putting together options for online credit card processing through websites. Jim is super responsive and knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him since hes been in the business for a long time and is here to help business owners.

Jenna Dorsey I give 5 Star Bank Credit. Someone online offered to donate money to AuburnRox through cash app. They were able to then use that to get into my bank account and attempt to take money from it. 5 Star recognized this to be odd and shut it down. I’m still a bit leery of banks now, but they are always pleasant. The workers in the Auburn 5 Star bank have been nothing short of helpful and patient.

Janelle Larsen Tax preparer was accurate. Leslie was nice, quick and thorough and explained me my tax situation each step of the way so I know what was happening and the reason behind it. She also gave great advice for next years taxes. I highly recommend Leslie for a tax preparer.
