1 /5 Glen Petty: This company is TRASH have tried for months to change a policy with no results. They claim the mail you documents but they never arrive. After months, I finally did get the required documents. Filled them out and faxed back. A couple weeks later, I call to check, and they said they rejected the request WTH. They stated it needed to be notarized or a copy of ID sent with the request. None of that was listed on the documents or instructions provided. They make the rules up as they go. You can not do anything online or via e mail. Everything is done by fax or snail mail. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere.

1 /5 Robbyn Clark: Not the company you want to use when you have the stress of loosing a loved one. Customer service is not good. Management seemed irritated. Please find another company. My Grandmonther had been paying premiums for years, now shes passed, its been 2months and the claim still hasnt been paid out. Its making it very hard to move on. Instead of being able to move on and grieve in peace, I have this frustration of unresolved issues.

1 /5 higher Powers: Can’t get my beneficiary funds- I sent all my required documents to them & the reps are in the Philippines while the back office is in India. I was told it’s up to the back office to release my funds but I can’t get a hold of them. I’m having my lawyer look into this to file a lawsuit against them. Will never ever use them again! A totally corrupt dishonest organization. Less than 1 star-

After that I filled out again and sent from post office. I left message to them on Friday that I wanted to know status. They never returned my call. After all of this I finally got my check

1 /5 EllaMessy Bella: Ive made monthly payments on time, full amounts and every month for my moms policy since 2016. Unfortunately, she passed in April of this year. They received all documents requested. Called last week Monday and their Rep told me I would receive direct deposit payout in a few days. However, as of today I still havent received anything. Its ridiculous how I was lied to. It shouldnt take this long to get a payout for a policy especially if theres no issues. Bad enough Im mourning the lost of my love one. Now, I have deal with this companys nonsense. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
