1 /5 Tracy VanSkiver: Showed up at 11am and was told by Teresa that she didn’t have time to help us as they were short staffed. We wanted to apply for a vehicle loan that we test drove Saturday. We told her not a problem, we will go somewhere else, she said oh I can run it through. Got approved immediately, asked us to come back at 1:30pm that day, came back at 1:30pm and was told she had just left for lunch. Thank God Jen stepped in to close out loan, after we received our proceeds was informed they require you to have a $500 deductible on your insurance. We bank with 2 other institutions , decided to give them a try as they have a rate great for vehicles, and they are local. This was my first and last experience with them, Other than making my payment I will never step foot in there again. I worked in banking at the branch level for over 10 years, holding the head teller position and customer service end, and would never treat a customer that way. The Branch Manager Chris was so rude to my husband also. For the .25% difference, STAY WITH ESL it’s so not worth it!!!!!
