1 /5 Eljin Aguila: Been going to this branch for years. Today I was in line, but the teller called another guy instead. I was obviously first, and the other customer thought i was skipping the line. I was there been waiting standing because their system was down. All staff saw me, but didnt say a word. Will pull out all assets from citibank soon. Go the CHASE next door instead, they know their customers by name.

She actually contacted ME noticing the concern, which I was already aware of and had not known how to handle. She invited me to come in, and we sat together and the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you so much Mariz! I feel its important to share positive experiences.
