From the very beginning, Andrew demonstrated a level of dedication that’s rare to find—he answered my phone call on a Sunday morning and returned my call immediately because I needed urgent legal help. His responsiveness and ability to move things forward swiftly were truly impressive. Ami was meticulous, and tireless in advocating for us. We unfortunately encountered a very difficult and immoral seller who left the house in terrible condition—taking built-in appliances, leaving paint stains on the hardwood floor, a cracked sink, taken away lots of fixtures, including the ladders to the roof, shelves, and broken electronics.
