2 /5 Zorro 7: My "higher up" Financial Advisor dropped my account without a word, during COVID, which i didnt know, until it needed help with a critical situation later. When customer service went to look at my account, the advisor was no longer listed as having any association with it, after years of assisting me. Now I can use a bot, or pay, if i need guidance at his level of service, beyond a broker, or if i have a minimum of a Mil invested. I offer two stars, since others have been so gracious and helpful in the firm, both on the investing and banking sides.
