1 /5 Chris jakobby: their online transfer funds is a mess if you have an error. They make it very difficult to add manually an external account...its unnecessary. Everything used to work now its broken. unhappy.

5 /5 Paul Schroeder: I dont know what the deal is with the other two people who reviewed Schwab but I totally disagree. I have been using them for many years and they always provide exemplarily service and good advice. Their platforms are great and capable of significant depth for an investor.

2 /5 Darlene Maloney: It’s a darn shame! Very disappointing branch. I met with a financial consultant who suggested some things. Upon his advice I sold certain funds and met with a fixed income specialist. I contacted the consultant back to Go over next steps. He didn’t respond, then apologized for the lack of communication. Said he’d get back to me, which he never did. In the meantime the Schwab statement has him removed as a consultant. I call to ask why and who would I talk to. I was told the rules at Schwab changed with no further explanation. I was told that they have millions of other customers! Like my questions were irrelevant. I am also told that the consultant will call me back that afternoon. No callback. A simple call explaining things would have gone a long way to trust, feeling like a valued customer and transparency. They have no transparency. It’s disappointing as customer service used to high with Schwab. This is a follow-up to my review. I received a call from Schwab’s Client Advisory Team, where Jessica apologized for all the poor/miscommunications with their call center and Albany office. Acknowledgement that there was a problem and an apology was appreciated.

2 /5 Zorro 7: My "higher up" Financial Advisor dropped my account without a word, during COVID, which i didnt know, until it needed help with a critical situation later. When customer service went to look at my account, the advisor was no longer listed as having any association with it, after years of assisting me. Now I can use a bot, or pay, if i need guidance at his level of service, beyond a broker, or if i have a minimum of a Mil invested. I offer two stars, since others have been so gracious and helpful in the firm, both on the investing and banking sides.

1 /5 Toni Brogan: Absolutely the worst experience of trying to get any kind of paperwork from Schwab. Unhelpful and these are the people i am supposed to be trusting to handle my money?? No thanks.
