Vicki West I have found this is a good bank! They have been terrific and I cant complain. Customer service is awesome and they are knowledgeable. Fraud Dept is super good and they caught fraud before we knew it! If you have a problem, call the branch Managers in your area. They will straighten out issues for you.

Michael Silbermintz Got my funds in my account in about a week after applying. I have to say I was expecting this whole process to drag along for at least a couple of weeks but MCH was great with their timely responses and an overall hassle free experience. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. I was unsure at first but thought of contacting them anyway and see how things go. Everything just snowballed from thereon since they were really good to work with.

Connor At least the last time I was there super friendly and accommodating!! I ask if they could wear disposable gloves during the transaction because they handle money all day. The manager is amazing and always accommodating. Def recommend over the Latham branch if you can avoid going there I would go to Troy!!
