Julia Davidson Have my auto loan through Chemung, overall a decent experience. However, you can only sign up for autopay through the end of the year. Mine ended and then I got hit with a late fee they won’t remove even after calling to explain. Obviously some of this is on me but feel like they could have worked with the late fee situation, I’ve never had a loan company that ends the auto payment automatically.

Carly Katz-Hackman Have really had an amazing experience so far in my almost two years with BKFi. They are 1. Awesome humans, and 2. Really understand where my family wants to go with our finances and has done so much to help us get there. My pet peeve is leaving money on the table, and they ensure that its all in my pocket and the table is wiped clean. And we have fun while were at it! Nothing but great things to say!
