5 /5 Christian Uribe: when my local insurance representative retired, and my account got transferred to Watertown, I was very nervous about starting a new relationship with someone who doesnt know me, someone for whom Im just one more client. I was wrong! since day one Billiejo was super helpful, personally contacting me and answering my questions, etc. She is always on top of things and always with the best customer service you can imagine. I know I can trust that she looks after my best interest, and I know she is there for me if I need her. I cant recommend her enough.
