1 /5 Travis Hall: Never seen a bank that fails at banking on every level until now. Constant website issues. ATM problems. Transactions don’t appear until next billing cycle. Spent weeks trying to get my vehicle title. I recommend the leaders of Beginings Credit Union visit other banks and try to operate the way every other bank operates. Terrible bank plagued with problems. Even the staff constantly comment about how ridiculous some of the policies and procedures are.

1 /5 Connor Smith: Can’t get ahold of customer service it’s all automated it’s stupid. Can’t figure out how to pay new car payment they set up my account wrong or something but can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to

5 /5 marlene loomis: Never had a problem with very nice people they do there best for what people give them as far as info. They work hard to provide the best that they can give somethings are out of there hands but they will find an option that fits you the best

1 /5 Mark Proper: Longest drive thru ever. I get half hour for lunch and I can always bet it will take almost my full lunch to cash a check, on a Monday.... Ive gone inside before and it takes just as long.
