5 /5 SNEHA SUNNY: I was at this branch on 4/23/25 . We reached bank close to the closing time, almost like 4.45 pm or so, the person working at bank Ms.Leonly Castillo was incredible. She welcomed us with a warm smile and was exceptionally professional.I would say this was one of my best banking experiences with Bank of America. She helped us with everything we need and helped us with so many new information that we were never aware of even though we were Bank of America customers for years. This place offered me the best banking experience. Thanks to Ms. Leonely Castillo❤️

3 /5 Prince Patel: The staff members are friendly and helpful, but sometimes service is very slow. After hours, sometimes only one of the two ATMs are working causing a long line. Depending on the teller, only one is working behind the counter again causing very long lines. They should make sure ATMs are maintained or add more ATMs.

1 /5 Web TP: Hello, I just got back to my apartment after visiting Bank Of America Main Street branch at white plains. I had a very unpleasant experience interacting with a person who gave his name as Mr. Castillo, but I later found out that he was actually was subbing for Mr. Castillo. The gentleman was extraordinarily rude and seemed a little disoriented. There was foul smell of alcohol in the area and overall a condescending customer service experience. I was wearing a face mask but the gentleman told me to stay out of his office and sign the document in the hallway using the small corner space of a computer workstation. This generosity too was finally extended after Initially refusing to help. It was only after a Bank of America relationship manager from Syosset called him that he finally relented. I have been a chase private client for the past 20 years and I also know that one person doesn’t represent the entire company, but I am extremely shaken by this unfortunate incident.
