John was extremely kind, professional, and caring during a very difficult time. He made the process as easy as can be. Julia Davidson Have my auto loan through Chemung, overall a decent experience. However, you can only sign up for autopay through the end of the year. Mine ended and then I got hit with a late fee they won’t remove even after calling to explain. Obviously some of this is on me but feel like they could have worked with the late fee situation, I’ve never had a loan company that ends the auto payment automatically.
